Recruitment Privacy

For job applicants, the Trust processes your data to manage recruitment and assess suitability. This includes pre-employment checks such as proof of identity, qualifications, criminal record declarations, and references.

  • Application data is retained for 18 months for unsuccessful applicants.
  • Successful applicants’ data is retained as part of their employee file.

Employment Privacy

For employees and volunteers, the Trust processes personal data to manage payroll, pension contributions, occupational health, and emergency contact details. Senior staff may be required to declare potential conflicts of interest, which are securely stored.
